It took a while, but I have finally got down to organizing my closet! It has literally been 4 months since I've actually seen my shoe rack and basically the rest of my closet floor. The basket in my first photo is actually a pile of clean clothing.༼;´༎ຶ ۝ ༎ຶ༽.... I have been using two separate bins to keep my clean clothing and laundry apart up until a few days ago. v_v...

I am actually quite happy with the end result...of this side of my closet! I began this project at about 10PM one night then it carried on until 2AM. I have never been one to clean efficiently during the day.(;´༎ຶਊ༎ຶ`) Anyways, on the other side of my closet I have stacks of books and other miscellaneous items piled high, so I wont be revealing it until I set up the new book shelves that I recently bought. It's getting pretty late and I am going to make use of this "Fall back" time shift! Totally used an hour to blog instead of finishing a History paper... ༼๑ɷ๑༽

LOLZZZZZ. Its been a while since I've posted my face online. I have had a major bout of acne and it has recently begun to clear up after using some medication that my dermatologist prescribed to me. If I'm courageous enough, I'll dig up some before photos once all of my acne has healed. Although, I see results, my acne still makes me self-conscious.

On more than one occasion, my acne has thoroughly trampled my self-esteem. A few weeks ago I went on a ~~date~~ and one of the first things that my friend commented on was my acne. I felt HORRIBLE. On another occasion, at work, I was scheduled with a co-worker who I had not seen in a month and the first thing she said to me was, "Hey Je-- WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR FACE?" ;^:... Initially my co-workers reaction made me feel awful, but I realized she'd be the best person to go to if I wanted to know if my acne is really clearing up. ❤

My mom just had a hoot asking my brother and I, "Can you pronounce that street sign? [insert troll face]" GUH, I know she thoroughly enjoyed the silence that came after my brother and I shyly answered "No..." Fortunately, this was the one sign that I could confidently pronounce out loud. x) Funny thing, "mainlanders" (as the people of Hawaii address the continental US would say), would think it's literally pronounced as "like-like" when in reality it's "lee-keh-lee-keh." I miss the feeling of re-discovering my past! The better portion of it anyways~~~

Here's a post to commemorate blogger and it's transition into the app world! I'm so glad they have finally created an official app for blogspot! I'm always taking photos on my iPhone, but it was just to cumbersome to post through blogger's website on my phone or email photos to my computer, blah blah... Hopefully, as more people review the app, blogger will add more features to make the smartphone blogging experience better.

CONFESSION: I've always thought "I don't have large eyelid space, therefore I cannot wear eyeliner or eyeshadow." As of lately, I've come to understand that, those countless of make-up videos I watched just weren't for me. After years of being unsatisfied with my eyelids and failed attempts at re-creating youtube looks, I've finally come across a look that just made everything click.

In some miraculous manner, bubzbeauty has just made sense of every failed attempt I have made with make-up. Literally, I just watched her "HyunA 'Bubble POP!' look" and it took four little words to get me into my bathroom to give eyeshadow another go. "JUST BELOW THE CREASE." LOL, since watching the video, I have been happily sporting eyeshadow below my crease. My eyeshadow isn't obvious, but it's the look that I have been searching for. It's subtle and easy on a complete make-up n00b such as myself.

DUN DUN DUN~!!!

Everyone has those one or two features they're not pleased with... Not only am I short, I have small feet. As if my shopping life wasn't already difficult in the pants department, but that post will be for another day. Lately, as my interest in shoes has been growing, I find shoe shopping to be an unpleasant experience. My main problem is finding shoes that are small enough for my feet! In the above photo, my wedges are actually too big for me. (　・∀・) I'm a little impulsive so I buy things without thinking about the consequences... For instance in the case of my black wedges, since there is too much space left at the back of my heel, the heel scrapes at the back of my legs...

GROSS... Right? Ծ_Ծ The ones at the top of my heels are from the wedges and the ones near my ankle are from my Dr. Marten's... TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Here are those damned devils.... After my first day of wearing them, I became too afraid to put them on again. LOL, the first time I wore them was to work. I got in an hour early to show them off, but GAWDS... while I was walking around the mall to kill time, it turned into journey of finding thick socks. Walking became dragging my feet around the mall... ಥ﹏ಥ BLEGH, IT WAS SO PAINFUL! However, after some battling, I have somewhat broken them in. They're still painful, but since they're non-refundable I'll duke it out with these till I can proudly say, "I love my docs!"

Hello Everyone~
This is part two of day one on my trip. Honestly, after this I probably wont even remember which photos were taken on which days, despite them being uploaded in chronological order. -_-... Since, my hotel was all the way in Waikiki and my aunt was trying to get our rooms we decided to stay in Aeia for a little while and browse some of the shops near my grandparent's house.

We actually made a trip to a Long's Drugs before coming to DONKI, but who cares about some lame old convenience store right? DONKI IS WHAT'S UP! To my surprise, I actually didn't buy any cosmetics. I gave it a lot of thought in the store... As much as I love Tsubasa and gyaru fashion, dramatic make-up will just never be my thing... So, seeing them in the flesh was just enough for me. ^^~

After being in Aeia for a bit, my family and I headed over to our old home in Foster Village! LOL, weird name, NO, I am not a foster child... It's literally the name of the community I lived in. O.o But to give you all a more general idea of where I lived, it was in the Salt Lake City region :) I had so much fun being back in my old neighborhood. They tore down the community pool and there was even a round-about at the entrance of the community. I think it kind of spruced up the neighborhood. I really wish he had driven around here some more. I remember going on walks with my mom and picking at the cotton plants at one of my neighbors plants. LOL. There were even mango trees we'd have a pick at along our walks... HORRIBLE, but what's Hawaii without picking at your neighbors fruit? ahahahaha~

I was thinking about editing these photos to match my other image posts, but I wanted everyone to see the true essence of my trip. Anyways, this is a photo set of my first day back in the lovely island, aka my true home, OAHU~ The funny thing is that after nine years of not going back, being there did not feel unfamiliar at all. Honestly, if any of you follow my twitter or know me IRL, you'll know I was absolutely dreading this trip.

I was pleasantly surprised at the fact that I was immediately comforted after stepping out of the plane. The air was different, a good and familiar different. I LOVED IT. Usually, when I'm on an out-of-state vacation, I'm nervous. I am usually filled with anxiety and excitement, but on this trip it was different. Despite how many times I've been to California, I have never been able to shake my anxiety. In Hawaii, I was calm, casual, AT HOME.

Oh, how I wish I could just share that peaceful feeling I experienced... But instead of me trying to explain my whacko feelings, please enjoy my photos. This particular set was taken from the air port to my grandmother's house in Aiea :)

I am back from my trip! Actually, I have been back for two weeks already. I am happy to say, I enjoyed the trip a lot more than I anticipated. I spent months dreading it and honestly looking back, it was exactly what I needed. I am back in Vegas refreshed and feeling like a new person. I still have yet to upload my photos though... I took them with my 600D & the images are quite large... Don't know if my poor laptop will handle the huge photo dump...

For the past few weeks, I've had this sudden obsession for W♥C. It's really making me impulsive with my spending. Around this time last year, I thought Chinatsu's clothing line was overrated and couldn't understand what the big deal was about W♥C. My tastes have changed and now I'M HOOKED. Online auctions and selling blogs have been my best friend, but I had to stop myself after my last purchase (lol, which should be coming in soon). My Hawaii trip is only a few weeks away! eek! T^T

Since I promised myself to freeze all spending until the trip, I decided to finally get around to some DIY projects. Here is my take on the W♥C giant bow phenomena!

1. Materials: 1 handkerchief or large square shaped scarf & a thin headband

2. Lay the handkerchief/scarf flat and form two triangles on the scarf. (They should be parallel to one another.)

3. Fold up on each triangle
4. Pinch the parallel strips as you would make a paper fan. (Sorry, IDK how else to describe it xD)
5. Take one end of the handkerchief/scarf and bring it to the middle where all of the folds are pinched together.
6. Repeat for the other side.
7. For the layer on top, wrap it around the pinched center once, tie a knot.
6. Take a headband and run it through the knot of the bow. (Or take another scarf/handkerchief and run that through the bow instead.)
7. Finished!

I guess watching the video would be your best bet since my instructions are terrible. T^T HAHA, anyways I created this look without breaking bank! I spent around $8 USD for five handkerchiefs that were $1 USD each and a set of head bands that cost $3 USD. Whereas you'd be spending $20~$50 USD on one of Chinatsu's headbands.

Hello Everyone~!!!

This is the edition of my many blog segments called "LOOKS FOR LESS FRIDAYS" Lame, but honestly, haven't you ever come across the situation where you're looking at your favorite gals in a piece of clothing that you've absolutely fallen in love with, only to find out it costs as much as your car insurance?! LOL, assuming you don't live in Japan where you'd have the pleasure of avoiding shopping service, shipping fee, etc. costs. Haha well, I am in no position to be spending with wild abandon~~~ So, here's my solution: FIND THE LOOK FOR LESS~

A couple of weeks ago, I popped into my favorite local clothing boutique, Hottie's. I know, I know, lame name, but what they offer makes up for it! This particular clothing store has never appealed to me before because early on in their business, their clothing seemed to consist of Las Vegas night life wear. O_o... Fortunately for them and myself, their concept has changed and I am in MURUA/GYDA galore once I step into the boutique. My GYDA battle shall be saved for another day, but let's get started with our MURUA vs. Hottie's segment!

Lately, I've been ditching my chiffon and woven tops. I only want to reach for a nice comfy... BASIC TEE. Those are a few tops that I have been loving for the past few hours. xD Literally just saw them on tumblr and could not stop thinking about them! These tops are from GYDA. Not only are they comfortable looking tees, they have FRINGE! Blah, I thought my love for Momoko Ogihara's MURUA would last the entire summer, but Yuria Kushido's style is creeping up my alley in some very good ways.

I don't know much about Yuria, BUT SHE IS FREAKING AMAZING. I have never come across a gyaru model with such an outspoken attitude. Well, there's Wakatsuki Chinatsu, but Yuria takes the cake here! ^o^~~~~!!! I just could not get over her "mah neck, mah back... ah dat song" photo. There's just so much to love in her photos I wont go into detail She's amazing and that's that.

Now a more pressing matter needs to be addressed. As much as I love her line of clothing, some of the prices seem a bit unrealistic for my lifestyle. The first top is actually a part of a set which totals out at an est. $108.60! O_O....!!! $54.30 per piece?!!?!?! I know that I'd be getting a quality products if I were to buy the set, but I will be going to Hawaii in several weeks and need monies for the trip. T^T After a while of *grabby hands* and moping around, I realized that recreating that top would be so bleeping E-A-S-Y to do! In the next few days I'll be gathering materials to recreate this look and maybe even film for the DIY series that I want to do. ^^ I have already filmed a DIY Fringed Crop Top video, but I will film a new one to show how to do longer fringes ^^<333 So until then, please enjoy my DIY Fringed Crop Top Video :D~~~~

I know my blog title will make some photographers and Japanese language enthusiasts cringe or spit out disgruntled noises, but words are what we understand them to be. Bokeh in a photograph is the out of focus areas in a photo. Recently I realized how much that form of photography means to me. In terms of bokeh, the type of photo that comes to mind is an in-focus subject and behind the subject is a mix of good or bad blurred background. I may be getting a little philosophical here, but I think my life has been just that. I have been living life as if my surroundings were blurred and the only in-focus being in this philosophical photo was me. LOL, I guess my blog title is just proof that I'm a sinner. It's okay if no one understands, but I want to learn how to be happy in this new life I'm living.

Enough with the serious talk, NEHHHH~!? I'm hoping to post segments in this blog! Here is what I thought of so far:
- Looks for less (I've always been good with money for some odd reason~~)
- DIY videos (I don't promise quality here, my style is filming on my first attempt!)

Well, if you have followed me through tumblr, twitter, etc, you'll know I have a horrible habit of blog hopping. v_v... BUT, I will stick with this blog. Part of the reason why I couldn't keep up with my other blog was because I was really unsatisfied with my blog URL. I felt like I was ripping off another person's blog name. T^T... Anyways here's a post that I copied off of my other blog ^o^~~~~

Last week I made yet a purchase from Tori! (^-^)~~~ KEKEKE. My most recent purchase was the W♥C distressed shorts. They are a tad loose on me, but I LOVE THEM. I totally wanted to wear them to work today, but they are just about borderline ~~scandalous~~.(T^T) OH OH OH, Tori also surprised me with the cutest mirror! *^*~~~~! BLAHHHHH, I recently lost my knock-off Anna Sui mirror, so receiving this was just perfect. I may be changing my interest in clothing, but cute little traveling trinkets never fail to make their way into my make-up bag. ♥

... I have been meaning to blog about my last W♥C purchase from Tori, but I was focused on my yaplog at the time, which BTW will probably be forever on hiatus now. Anyways, I am definitely lucky to have the "sex&w♥c" cardigan! It totally suits me. At first you don't notice the obscenity of the words, but when you look hard enough, the text is shockingly vulgar. IMO, that's kind of like my personality. I'm extremely meek & shy at a glance, but when you get to know me I'm surprisingly obnoxious. LOL~~~ Having pieces that embody your entity brings more value to your closet, don't you think?
